Hyundai to enhance the production of Grand i10
Overwhelmed from the encouraging response received by launch of Hyundai Grand i10, HMIL the Indian arm of Korean auto manufacturer Hyundai Motors is going to enhance the production of its recently launched grand i10 in India to overcome the waiting period. The success of car be witnessed from the enquiry statistics revealed by company according to which 1.31 lakh customers had so far enquired about grand 10 after its launch. It would be interested to know that till date 13,000 customers have got it booked so far.
According to Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice President and Division Head (Marketing & Sales) HMIL, company is excited from the encouraging response that Grand i 10 has received. He also added that to deliver customers their beloved car on time company is trying to increase its production.
Although Mr. Srivasta did not disclosed about company’s strategy it will adopt for increasing production of grand i10 and the number of units it will increase. So far after its launch company has delivered 8,411 units of this car and still 4,500 customers are enlisted in waiting list. The waiting period of customers for Era and Magna is of one month whereas waiting period for top models i.e, Asta and Sportz is for two months. With its launch Hyundai Grand i10 succeeded in getting it placed in top five models sold in country during the month of September.
