Hyundai Venue connectivity features revealed now
Hyundai is upgrading at a rapid pace with high tech automobiles and becoming a differentiator in India with its big bang connectivity features. In the earlier news, it was announced that Hyundai compact SUV will be the first ever model to feature Blue link connectivity technology. Out of these 33 Blue link system features, 10 are exclusive to India. Broadly Hyundai Venue categorizes the features under the heads of safety, security, remote, vehicle relationship management, location based services, alert services and artificial intelligence at the end.

Safety: As far as safety is concerned, Hyundai’s blue link includes auto crash notification that will automatically and immediately notify for the emergency services in the case of a collision. There is also a button on the Hyundai’s internal rear-view mirror that can be pressed to trigger an SOS message, a panic notification to registered family members or friends.
Security: Hyundai’s blue link technology will allow for better remote monitoring of the vehicle’s security. Once the vehicle burglar alarm is activated, the owner will receive a notification for the vehicle being stolen. Also, this technology allows for live tracking providing location information to the user.
Remote: With the help of Hyundai’s blue link mobile application, the owner can remotely lock and unlock their vehicle, turn on and off its headlights or check anytime, the vehicle’s status. With the inbuilt ‘Find my Car’ feature, the owner will be able to find his car and also he can provide his car’s access to anyone else with Blue Link feature access.
Location-Based Services: As per the Hyundai officials, ‘it has partnered with a global mapping firm for real-time traffic updates and live car tracking.’ Also it will be made possible to enter the destination to the car direct from your phone.
Other features: The latest features introduced to Hyundai Venue also includes efficient alert services, Vehicle Relationship Management and Artificial Intelligence-based voice commands.
The Hyundai Venue will be launched in India in mid-May 2019 competing with super car models like- Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport, Tata Nexon and the Mahindra XUV300. You can expect Hyundai Venue prices to be in the Rs 8-12 lakh bracket.
