Mahindra First Choice Wheels sells 1 lakh vehicles through its 'Autobid' auction

The company organized 7,500 auctions through ‘Autobid’ which witnessed more than 6,500 buyers in 900 locations around the nation. Throwing some light on ‘Autobid’, the CEO at Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd, Mr. Nagendra Palle said that ‘Autobid’ is a huge platform for those who look forward to buying used vehicles in good shape and condition. Whether one wants to sell or buy used vehicles, it is a viable option for both. Using this immense platform the company has managed to sell one lakh vehicles which is excellent. This also implies that people like it and prefer to sell or buy used cars through ‘Autobid’. The company look forward to broaden its reach in the Indian car market and take this platform to a new height.
Head of e-business at MFCWL, Mr. B Ganeshkumar also expressed his views regarding the same, he said that the continuous increase in the number of transactions depicts that ‘Autobid’ is being used by more and more people across the country. He further mentioned that the company will induct some new products and value added services for its customers which will help in expanding the used car market in India. The company of late introduced two value added services called, ‘Autolnspekt’, which is the value evaluation service and other one is ‘IBB’ that guides the interested buyers and sellers regarding price details.
With the help of eCommerce feature the dealers can look forward to new products like certification, warranty, insurance and financing in the coming time. The next step is to create an ecosystem for the dealers which will aim at generating traffic to the dealership, sourcing inventory and utilizing technology which will facilitate transparent retail transaction.
