Maruti Ertiga CNG priced at Rs 6.52 lakh

Maruti Suzuki India Limited has finally offered the CNG fuel option in its popular MPV, Maruti Ertiga. Maruti Ertiga CNG is the only vehicle in its category which comes with factory fitted CNG kits and the sixth model from Maruti Suzuki apart from Wagon R, Alto, Eeco, Estilo and SX4. CNG version of the compact MPV is being offered in two variants like LXi and VXi. The base variants LXI is priced at Rs 6.52 lakh while the top-end VXI variant comes at Rs 7.30 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi).

Maruti Ertiga CNG mileage is also awesome in the segment such as it offers 22.80 km per kg. Along with New Delhi the duel fuel version of vehicle has been made available in various cities across the country. At present, it has been made available in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and some parts of Andhra Pradesh.

Maruti Ertiga CNG Price and Variants

The Ertiga Green, with a factory fitted CNG system comes loaded with a 1.4-litre K9K petrol motor that churns out max power of 95 PS along with a peak torque of 130 Nm. The engine is mated to a 5 speed manual gearbox. Its base variant LXI carries all features of the LXI variant of petrol model, while the top-end also comes loaded with all features of VXI petrol. After getting CNG model the Ertiga LUV will is expected to give heart-hitting competition to rivals like Chevrolet Enjoy, Mahindra Quanto and Nissan Evalia.
