Maruti Suzuki Ciaz SHVS (Hybrid) to replace Ciaz Diesel
Couple of days back it was reported that country’s leading car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki India Limited is going to introduce SHVS (Hybrid) version in its popular sedan Ciaz soon in Indian car market. But, now according to latest reports it is said that company is going to stop the production of Ciaz diesel to make the way for its Hybrid version. Reports also reveal that company has even started the bookings of its Hybrid version at the down payment of 11,000 and will start its delivery hopefully from the first week of September.

The hybrid version of Ciaz would be empowered with 1.3 litre DDiS diesel engine which would be supported by a battery and an Integrated Starter Generator (ISG). Moving towards the architecture of SHVS (Hybrid) it will carry same looks as offered in existing Ciaz and changes are said to be offered only in engine specifications.
According to reports, with an objective to roll out the existing stock of diesel variants various car dealers in Delhi have started offering huge discount on diesel Ciaz. So that they can make sufficient space of storing new SHVS (Hybrid) Ciaz.
