Maruti Suzuki Ertiga facelift to launch soon
With improved fuel efficient figures country’s leading car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki is going to bring the facelift versions of its best selling MPV Ertiga in Indian car market sometimes during mid of May – June 2015. Going through the cut throat competition in the segment especially from Renault Duster company has planned to come up with the facelift Ertiga. The impressive feature of new Ertiga is reported to be its fuel efficient performance that will deliver an average of 25.2 kmpl. The existing version of Ertiga offers an average of 16.02 and 20.77 kmpl in petrol and diesel versions respectively. It is anticipated that the upcoming version of Ertiga would be launched with price tag falling between Rs. 6 lakh and Rs. 10 lakh.

Under the hood it will continue with existing engine configurations of 1.4 litre four cylinder K series petrol and 1.3 litre four cylinder, Multijet turbo charged diesel engines. It is also speculated that upcoming trim may be also equipped with automated manual transmission system as offered in Celerio.

Talking about the changes that would be offered in facelift Ertiga includes newly developed bumpers for front and rear fascias followed by newly designed front grille. Apart from this it is speculated that the vehicle might get additional features like new infotainment system, electronic adjustable and retractable ORVMs and few latest features.
