Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Limited launched
With an objective to celebrate the successful sale of 1, 50,000 units of its highly acclaimed MPV Ertiga in Indian car market, leading car manufacturer MSIL has launched its limited edition with price tag of Rs. 6.75 lakh (ex-showroom price, New Delhi). Well this seems to be just an excuse from car maker to launch the limited edition due sales of 1,50,000 units, in-fact it has been trend of MSIL to launch the limited editions of its products as soon as any new product is about to make its debut in any specific segment. Earlier company had launched Regal Edition of its hatchback Swift Dzire at the time when Japanese car maker Honda was about launch Honda Amaze. This time also when Japanese car maker is ready to launch its highly awaited MPV Mobilio in Indian car market, MSIL has launched the limited edition of Ertiga which at present dominates the segment.
The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is offered in all petrol, diesel and CNG versions. The petrol variant is empowered with 1373cc Petrol VVT engine churning the power of 95 PS and torque of 130Nm, while the diesel version is energized with 1248cc DDiS diesel engine producing the power of 90 PS and torque of 200 Nm and the CNG variant embellishes 1373 cc K series petrol VVT engine producing the power of 82PS and torque of 110Nm. The Limited Edition will continue the same engine configurations.
The major attractions of Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Limited Edition are sleek front chrome garnished grille along with rear upper spoiler, new body graphics and 10 spoke alloy wheels on the exteriors. Inside the cabin it receives dual tone interiors, wooden finish on IP and door trims. It is also blessed with rear parking assist sensor with digital display, high grade audio system and few more. The Limited Edition of Ertiga would be launched in Superior White, Pearl Blaze Blue and Silky Silver Metallic color.
