Maruti Suzuki S-Cross launching on August 5, 2015: Some facts to know
Country’s leading car maker is finally going to take off covers from its ever first cross over S-Cross in Indian car market on August 5, 2015. The bookings of cross over all already going on and after launch the crossover would be launched through company’s Nexa outlets. According to reports car maker will open around outlets of Nexa Chain at the time of launch.
The crossover would be launched in diesel version with two engine options of 200 DDiS 1.3-litre diesel motor and 320 DDiS 1.6-litre diesel with former boosting the power of 89 bhp and later churning the power of 118 bhp. The DDiS 200 diesel engine would be offered with five speed manual gearbox system and is reported to deliver ARAI certified average of 23.65 kmpl, whereas the 320 DDiS diesel engine will be mated with six speed manual gearbox system and will deliver an average of 22.70 kmpl. It is expected to be priced between the range of Rs. 8 lakh to Rs. 11 lakh. The major features that are expected to be offered in this up-coming S-Cross includes electronic ORVMs, ABS, airbags, TFT multi-information display and many more.
