New Chevrolet Spark unveiled online, launch on Oct 25

The new Chevrolet Spark is desperate to come to the front and has been unveiled. The launch is on October 25. Also, the Maruti Alto 800 which is expected to eat all the share of the Spark is reportedly doing wonderful job and has already bagged more than 12,000 bookings. Also Maruti is aggressively promoting this car and is very proactively publicizing in media as well as by other means. It is believed that Maruti is trying to recoup the damage done by the Manesar outage as well as the slow demand for cars till now by selling the Alto 800 in never before numbers this Diwali. Meanwhile, Chevrolet has also started taking booking for the new Spark and test rides of the car are also arranged. The new Chevrolet Spark price details will soon be made available.

The new Spark details and specifications have now been updated on Chevrolet India website. As per the details available, the new car has all new front and rear bumpers with dual tone color making it look more sporty than the outgoing model. The front grille and air dam have also undergone strategic change making the car more broader in appearance and more aggressive akin to an SUV. Thus, the all new Spark now has more than small car looks.

The interiors have also undergone changes and alike the exteriors, the interiors are also dual tone colored. The cabin has been called as Optimax following the optimization of the power and performance as well as driving comfort in order to make the car utmost fuel efficient, performing and highly maneuverable. Besides, the cabin has been made more quieter than earlier by use of extra sound proofing. The engine, power delivery and performance remain the same except that it is more refined and more comfortable to drive the new Spark than before.
