New Modification to Suzuki Ertiga GT: Black Alloys and a body kit added!
Last year, Maruti Suzuki introduced the second generation iteration of Ertiga MPV and based on the all-new platform the update of this car variant came up with an entirely new identity. The new look has sharper exteriors along with a feature loaded cabin. Currently, Maruti Suzuki is selling close to 8000 units of Ertiga per month. The demand is high and the top-spec variants are currently commanding a waiting period that is approximately close to six months.
As per the automaker, this variant of Maruti Suzuki is not an India specific model. As per them, the Japanese automaker sells this MPV in the Indonesian market. To target the customers of the Indonesian market, Suzuki is soon going to come up with a special edition of the Ertiga on coming March 23. This is named as Ertiga GT and is a sports variant that will so far remain exclusive on the Indonesian markets.
As far as its looks are concerned, this sports variant of standard Ertiga will remain similar in terms of basic exterior layout. It offers a low-slung body-kit, new blacked out alloy wheels, blacked out headlamps, a new mesh grille and a rear spoiler. When compared with the standard model, the Ertiga GT has in its LED projector headlamps, LED daytime running lights, auto-dimming inside rear-view mirrors and many other features to look for.
The interiors are also worth a look but are similar to the standard Ertiga. The only difference between two i.e. Ertiga and Ertigaa GT is that the carmaker is likely to introduce blacked out seat covers with contrast sticking and maybe, an all-black colour scheme.
Talking about engine specifications, the Suzuki Ertiga GT will be launched with a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine. This engine is capable enough and can churn out 102 BHP along with 138 Nm of peak torque.
