Side Profile Of Seven-Seater Hyundai Creta Spied

The seven-seater Hyundai Creta has been in the news for a long time and is readying to launch during the later months of this year. Recently, the first image was leaked in the cyber world revealing the side profile of this highly awaited compact SUV which is under production in its native country. According to the image spied it can be seen that the new Creta will be longer and taller than its regular version.

Moving towards the front fascia, it will receive slightly revised appearance in the form of a solid chrome mesh grille, almost similar to Kia Carnival. It will also feature a new bumper with integrated front parking sensors. It will also receive revised roof rails, larger quarter-glass, side sill garnish followed by window line updated with chrome garnish. The seventeen-inch sliver-alloy wheels will continue in the upcoming model without any change. The roof-line seems to be flattish and is believed to offer comfortable headroom to the last-seat passengers and the integration of beltline is believed to not create any problem for the rear portion.

The rear portion will continue with the existing tail with raked rear quarter glass, however, compared to the regular version it will receive wide and split LED tail lamps, making the tailgate more impressive. It would be now interesting to see whether it receives a centralized reflective strip or not.

As far as engine options are concerned it is reported to receive the same engine options of a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, 1.4-liter turbocharged petrol, and 1.5-liter turbocharged diesel engine. The transmission duties will include a six-speed manual transmission system, seven-speed DCT, along with an option of CVT and a six-speed automatic transmission system may also be offered as an option.
