Suzuki Motors knots with Maruti for manufacturing global vehicles
As per a daily business newspaper report, the Indian subsidiary of Japan-based Suzuki Motor Corporation, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) will offer the best possible support for designing and manufacturing of the global vehicles for the Japanese automakers in upcoming years. Recently, Maruti has showcased the compact SUV concept ‘Maruti Suzuki XA Alpha’ at the Delhi Auto Expo and continue to sprinkle its charm in future as well. The Company’s Research and Development (R&D) team precisely working on the manufacturing of global vehicles project in collaboration with Suzuki.

The R&D centre of Maruti Suzuki covers 700 acres of land in Rohtak with the skilled, integrated and devoted team of 1, 080 engineers. These futuristic global vehicles will be available in domestic automotive market as well as overseas.
The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is one of the precious gems displayed at the Auto Expo from the company, will be exported to Southeast Asian market along with the Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kits. This multipurpose car is available in two engine variants: 1.4 litre petrol engine and 1.3 litre diesel engine. The Suzuki Motors is keen to increase its export capacity and approach the growing automotive markets having immense business scope like India, Indonesia and other Asian market.
