Hyundai reveals teaser images of HCD-14 concept
Hyundai is fast transforming itself so as to fetch a strong position in the luxury car segment. It is no wonder that the Koreans will soon be giving a tough fight to BMW, Mercedes and Audi. As per the reports, the car maker has unveiled the new sedan Hyundai HCD-14 just ahead of the upcoming Detroit Auto Show. It is believed that this car will strengthen entry into the luxury car segment and will step up the prospects of its car sales across the globe. The Hyundai HCD-14 teaser images are available on the internet but there are still no details of the specifications and price details are available.

Notably, this is the further attempt by the car maker after the success of two of the earlier releases known as Hyundai Equus and Kia Quoris. Design wise, this car will be letting Audi to rethink what are the dissimilarities with its Audi A7 sedan. Though typically a four door sedan, the new Hyundai car that is soon to arrive will be liked for its ultra sleek looks. It is believed that this car will also be inspiring the future Hyundai cars as is showcased in the teaser image of the HCD-14. Experts also believe that all Hyundai cars will move from the fluidic design and the Storm Edge design to the new Hyundai California design soon and there will be a host of facelift launches in the near future.

Back in India, the industry is anxiously waiting for the Hyundai i10 diesel that is scheduled for a next year February unveil and a 2014 launch. It is believed that by the time i10 diesel arrives, there will be little difference between the price of petrol and diesel as the government is severely thinking of implementing a proposal to bridge the gap between the prices of these two fuels. Meanwhile, the car maker is readying new car launches in the country that will give it an edge over other car makers.
