Maruti Alto 800 launch in Algeria soon
Soon Maruti Alto 800 is going to win the hearts of Algerians as well just the same way it has become the heartthrob of the entry level segment. The small car has replaced Maruti 800 as well as Maruti Alto F8D and is a grand success in the country. It is this car that has helped Maruti India gain exceptionally well last quarter profits. Experts believe that the Hyundai Eon lookalike car Alto 800 has taken a front seat in terms of sales in the entry level car market in the country. The launch and success of this car has also proved that India is a market for Maruti cars and it is Maruti cars in India that can be the highest volume pullers. The Alto 800 price that starts at Rs 2.44 lakh has become a grand success in the country.
Small size, manageable size as well as affordable size and exceptionally well mileage have all helped the car in gaining some good numbers on the sales front. Now after the success in its homeland, the car is soon to set its foot in a new destination – Algeria. The car will be showcased in Algeria at the upcoming Algeria Motor Show to be held in March this year. The car was an instant success in India with more than 60k booking and deliveries in over two months time since its launch in October 2012.
It is believed that soon after the car is displayed at the show it will be launched there. The small yet spacious design with ample headroom and legroom inside will be the two plus points for this car that will give it an instant push in the new market as well. The 48 bhp power car has become the first choice of those aspiring for a small car as their first car.
