Maruti Suzuki Ignis To Receive New Color Treatment
After successful launch of Ignis hatchback in the Indian car market back in January 2017 the Indo-Japanese car maker Maruti Suzuki India Limited is all set to introduce update in the hatchback in form of new color treatment. According to sources the new Ignis would labeled as ‘Nexa Blue’ and has been caught undergoing test drive recently on various occasions. At present the Ignis has been offered with two color scheme namely ‘Tinsel Blue’ and ‘Urban Blue’, the launch of new ‘Nexa Blue’ is reported to replace the ‘Urban Blue’ color option from the fleet.
According to the sources of company it has already terminated the production of Ignis units with Urban Blue color. However there are still few dealers who have unsold stock of Urban Blue color with them. It is believed that the introduction of new color scheme will further help the company in fascinating the generation next buyers with its sportier looks. It would be interested to know that Ignis is the first hatchback in the Indian car market that has been equipped with features like LED projector headlamps with integrated LED DRLs.
Offered in the price bracket falling in the range of Rs. 5.10 lakh to Rs. 9.18 lakh (On-road price, New Delhi) The Ignis is offered with 1.2 litre petrol and 1.3 litre diesel engine options.
