New Hyundai i10: More details emerge
Rumours have been floating about the next gen Hyundai i10 and of late some spy shots of the hatchback also surfaced on the inter web. Some more details have emerged on the new version of the hatchback which is being developed for the Indian car market. As we all know, Hyundai i10 is a strong contender in its segment and it accounts for a reasonable chunk of monthly sales of Hyundai. However, with increasing competition the hatchback has been facing tough competition from new cars in its segment. Therefore to keep the momentum of the high sales of i10 intact, the company is coming up with a tweaked version of the hatchback which is expected to be launched in the domestic market in the second half of the next year.

Auto pundits suggest that the 2014 Hyundai i10 hatchback will be longer and wider as compared to the outgoing version. Apart from these changes, it is also going to be lighter than the current version which will enable it to be more frugal. 2014 Hyundai i10 will also flaunt an all new design which includes a fresh front fascia affixed with a larger front grille. Headlights with DRLs will be adorning the front end of the hatchback; a sloping roofline will give a new dentition to the chic hatch.
