Skoda India launches new 24X7road assistance offer
Skoda Auto has launched a unique 24X7 road assistance program in the Indian auto market. The program is promoted as "SKODA Assistance NON STOP HELP ON THE ROAD’’. Through this program, the firm will be making sure to provide a better ownership and after sales experience to its customers. For the initial two years of the purchase of the vehicle, the firm will be offering this scheme complementary to the customers. The new scheme is effective on the vehicles purchased on or after 1st of March 2011.
While at one hand, Skoda will be offering all time assistance to the customers so that their ownership experience can be enhanced. On the other hand, in case of sudden breakdown of the vehicle, the firm will provide be it any location assistance across the country. The brand loyalty of the customers is very much dependent of the after sales service and Maruti Suzuki is a very good example of this. Thus, these kind of programs certainly boost the ownership experience of the customers.
According to Skoda Auto India Board Member, Sales and Marketing, Mr. Thomas Kuehl, the new assistance program is a huge step for the firm and will further enhance ownership experience for Brand Skoda. The car maker will be offering a number of assistance services through this program that comprises of Tele-Assist, , Flat Batteries / Battery Jump Start, Roadside Assistance, Emergency Fuel, Emergency vehicle access/ lost key services, Flat Tyres, Towing/Transportation, Accident Co-ordination and Emergency Message Relay. It will also offer premium program services such as Tax, Accommodation, Rental Vehicle and Vehicle Recovery.
