Volkswagen Beetle Convertible arrived in Germany, Golf GTI to debut at Geneva Motor Show
The new generation Volkswagen Beetle has been launched in Germany. This time around, Beetle is in convertible avatar, which makes it furthermore innovative, fresh and cute. The firm has updated the car, keeping in mind the stylish design cues and making sure that the essence of Beetle is still present there. The base variant of the new Beetle convertible will cost you at least 21350 Euros. This one would be powered by 1.2-Litre TSI engine capable of delivery 105PS of peak power. There is another variant that has a powerful engine featuring the capacity to produce 200PS of peak power. Besides providing the impressive motor, the electrically powered soft top is the major highlight, which opens in merely 9.5 seconds. Also, Volkswagen hasn’t compromised in terms of safety here. The new Volkswagen Beetle Convertible comes with rollover protection system present behind the rear seat headrests.

Besides the new Volkswagen Beetle Convertible, Volkswagen is all set to uncover its new Volkswagen Golf GTI at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show. The car will be introduced in two power trims; one is the 220PS trim or the other one called GTI Performance producing 230PS of power along with a front axle differential lock. Both these models will take away your heart with its dynamic and superior performance on road. On one hand where GTI performance will touch the top speed of 246 kmph and go from 0-100 kmph in 6.5 seconds, on the other hand, the other model will have a top speed of 250 kmph and touch the 100 kmph speed mark in 6.4 seconds.
To make it more exciting, the new Volkswagen Golf GTI will arrive with some amazing exterior inputs along with sophisticated and luxurious interiors.
